External Works Programme

The Authority is entering into a contract for the delivery of a programme of capital investment works to its residential housing stock. The housing stock is a variety of ages and construction type and includes multi storey buildings as well as some traditional street properties. The programme consists of external works to all properties including roofs, windows, environmental works and similar.
