Background to the Requirement 2.1 The Sugden Sports Centre is jointly owned by the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University with the ambition to provide excellent sporting facilities to its students, staff and the local community. 2.2 The Centre is located at 114 Grosvenor Street, just off Oxford Road, at the heart of the Manchester student population.
