P2203 Approved Installer List in relation to Scaling up Retrofit through Energy Company Obligations and the Great British Insulation Scheme

Birmingham City Council (the Council) wishes to create an Approved Installer List (AIL) of suitably experienced retrofit installation companies with specific expertise in delivery of Energy Company Obligations (ECO) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).
