CST139 - Provision of a Barrister Service Framework

Derbyshire County Council in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council, Derby City Council and Nottingham City Council (pending approval) are seeking to enter into a framework contract with a range of Chambers to assist in the provision of legal advice and advocacy services in respect of Public Law Children Act 1989 and other Child Care related matters.
