Talent Development Strategy - Research Scoping Exercise

The College of Policing are looking for a provider to research a 'Scoping Exercise' to explore the area of 'talent development' in policing and other organisations. The College of Policing will provide review questions, a provisional list of loose search terms and the output from an initial search of both the 'grey literature' and 'academic papers'.
