COV - Architect and Lead Design services for the delivery of a new, iconic, destination, water and leisure facility in Coventry city centre.

The Services being procured are Architectural (Lead Designer), including Landscape Architectural, Fire Engineering and Acoustic Engineering services for the development of a new Destination Water and Leisure Facility in Coventry, circa £26m, to include demolition of existing buildings.
