Supported Housing and Supported Living Scheme for People With a Mental Health Diagnosis

This is a Contract Award Notice.The aim of the scheme is to provide 24 hour support in short term accommodation (2 years) for clients with severe and enduring mental health conditions. The support is for habitation and rehabilitation whilst increasing independence and working in line with each resident's care plan.
