Provision of Internal Re-modelling and Refurbishment of the Main School Building - Island Learning Centre (Phase 6)

The works relate to the internal remodelling and refurbishment of the main school building at the Island Learning Centre and are defined within the tender document. Site activities include: demolition & strip out, carpentry, dry lining & partitioning, general finishing trades, services infrastructure and the provision of fixed furniture. The works will require the removal of asbestos containing material.
