Consultant for the development and creation of a regional arts & culture framework for the WMCA area

An RfQ was issued to procure a consultant to support the planning and delivery of the WMCA Regional Cultural Framework, under the CWGLEF. The key aim is to deliver a culture framework which covers the WMCA area, with particular attention to the WMCA constituent authorities.
