NHS West Lancashire CCG wishes to establish a Contract for the following provision of its Ophthalmology services (Triage, Tier 2 and minor surgery services). The tender is being split into 2 Lots with Lot 1 being Triage, Tier 2 and minor surgery services and Lot 2 being for Community Macular Services. Bidders are able to bid for either or both lots.
