Street Lighting Maintenance Including Structural & Electrical Testing

Basildon Borough Council (the Council) are wishing to appoint a contractor to provide the maintenance and testing of their lighting stock across the borough. Currently the Council have in the order of 2000 lighting units which are comprised of 800 columns and 1200 bracket or direct to wall/ceiling fittings.
