Design and Build New Dwellings

Ipswich Borough Council are committed to the provision of affordable new housing and plan to develop a site in Cauldwell Hall Road. The requirement is to secure a design and build contract for both design and construction of seventeen new dwellings together with associated demolition/site clearance drainage, external works, external services and any other necessary on, or off site works at land off Cauldwell Hall Road, Ipswich Suffolk.
