3 -7 and 19 Portland Villas Refurbishment Project

University of Plymouth is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake a full refurbishment of properties at numbers 3,4,5,6 and 7 as well as 19 Portland Villas. These properties are located on the main campus site and are designated for continued office use.
