The Authority seeks to develop a framework agreement for the following:- Minor Building Works Contractors for works to £1.5M The contractors will be invited to tender for minor building works (subject to the lot value) works that the Authority wishes to undertake, these would be direct contracts for the Authority and will mainly consist of building refurbishments.
