Plymouth City Council ('The Council') would like to invite you to provide a tender for Domestic Homicide Reviews Chairs. In 2023, three Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) referrals have been accepted by Safer Plymouth, the Community Safety Partnership (CSP). It is necessary for Plymouth City Council (PCC), on behalf of the CSP, to seek experienced DHR Chairs to independently conduct these reviews.
