Request for Information for Staging to Support Aircraft Painting

The Lightning Delivery Team (LDT) part of Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) within the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), hereafter referred to as the Authority, is seeking to understand the market for a high access capability/ platform to maintain a safe working environment whilst personnel conduct paint and finish activities on the whole Aircraft.
