ESCC PS The Provision of Residential Care, and Care and support to people with Learning Disabilities in the Hastings and Rother area

East Sussex County Council requires a single care provider to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities, at five residential care settings in the Hastings and Rother area. All five residential care settings require a 24-hour Care and Support.
