Sway play area enhancement

To enhance the existing council owned playground at Jubilee Fields in Sway as follows: 1. New metal zip wire with start platform and tiger mulch beneath 2. New wooden agility/adventure trail, approx 11-15mtrs long with slim band of tiger mulch beneath 3. Remove existing carousel and instal new accessible ground level roundabout.
