KMCAS-126 Housing Related Support Service for Young People and Care Leavers (Swan Lane)

Kirklees Council wish to purchase a housing related support service for Young People and Care Leavers who are homeless. The service will be in a Supported Accommodation setting providing accommodation and support 365 days per year.
