HBC - HERTSMERE CYCLE HIRE SCHEME

Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking a provider to deliver a cycle hire scheme in Borehamwood, Hertsmere on a trial basis. The provider must have a successful track record in working with Local Authorities in the UK delivering cycle hire schemes.
