NHS Chiltern and Aylesbury Vale CCGs sought to identify a provider for a GP Surgery in Aylesbury. The successful provider will provide the full range of primary medical services from 1st April 2018. The current Practice (Mandeville) is situated on the Southcourt Estate in Aylesbury.
