Pre Market Engagement for a Fleet, Passenger and Transport Service and Taxi Hire Brokerage Management System

Leicester City Council is considering options for the procurement of a Fleet Management Solution, Passenger and Transport Service "PATS" Solution and a Taxi Hire Brokerage Solution which enables to plan, execute, manage, monitor and report on all service activities.
