Multi Storey Car Park Construction with associated domestic properties

Guildford Borough Council (the Council) is proposing to redevelop the existing surface car park at Guildford Park Road, Guildford to provide residential accommodation and a new Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP). The Council has submitted a full planning application for the development (Ref 16/ P/1290). A set of the current plans for the MSCP is provided at Appendix 1.
