Evaluation of the Domestic Net Zero Programme

The Domestic Net Zero Programme of 2024 to 2026 forms a large part of the Climate and Environment Plan, Wave 1 that itself formed a major part of our push to achieve Net Zero by 2038 - with significant progress by 2030.
