Contract For The Hire of Skips

This aim of this procurement is to put in place a framework which covers all of the Council's requirements for skip hire. The framework will be awarded to one or more Contractors, per skip size, Work will be awarded to the top ranked Contractor. If that Contractor cannot provide the required skip the next ranked Contractor will be used.
