Employers Agent for the Delivery of Affordable Homes Programme and Eldercare Centre

Ashford Borough Council is seeking an Employer’s Agent to help prepare and manage the construction programme of general needs Housing, various sites and remodeling an eldercare centre in Ashford Borough, Kent. The authority has been successful in bidding for grant under the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Affordable Homes Programme (AHP).
