2419/DM - Thin Film Deposition System

As part of the Sir Henry Royce Institute (SHRI) for Materials, the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Sheffield wishes to open tender for a thin film deposition system. The primary function of the system will be to allow the exploration of new materials as either homogeneous single layer films or multilayer stacks.
