Market Test for Future Private Lettings Opportunity

Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest across the Voluntary, charity, social lettings, Independent and private sectors for the provision of settled accommodation through Assured Short-hold tenancy between tenants and private landlords.
