Community Eye Service to Bath and North East Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group

NHS Bath and North East Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (BaNES CCG) commissioned a Community Eye Service for service users registered with a BaNES GP. The key aim of this service is to deliver high quality eye care in the community, supplementing and complementing the care delivered in acute hospital settings.
