Target Hardening Service

The contract is to commission a provider to facilitate Target Hardening assessment for high-risk victims of domestic abuse, hate crime and ASB, and those at high risk of victimisation. The aim is to increase security and safety at victims' houses so that they can live in safety in their own accommodation, and do not become homeless.
