London Borough of Havering cycle training adults & children 2016/17

The London Borough of Havering is seeking a provider for all of its 2016/17 cycle training needs. Training will take place predominantly in schools but adult and family training is also available all year round. Training requirements include, but are not limited to, Bikeability Level 1-3 and training younger children to ride without stabilisers.
