TC162 Distribution of Bolton Scene

The Authority is tendering for the distribution of its tabloid newspaper, “Bolton Scene” under the Authority’s Framework Agreement. The standard edition is tabloid size (currently 37cm tall by 28 cm wide), 16 pages with a 123,000 print run.
