Habitats Regulations Assessment Staffordshire Moorlands Local Plan

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council is inviting tenders for consultants to prepare specified documents enabling the authority to demonstrate that implementation of the Local Plan would not result in adverse effects on European designated sites, both alone and in combination with other plans; discharging our responsibilities under the Habitats Directive, UK Habitats Regulations; the National Planning Policy Framework and associated guidance.
