Towns Fund - what works for culture? - AWARD

The DCMS cultural agencies wish jointly to commission research into the reasons why culture (in its broad sense) was or was not included in bids made by the 100 towns eligible for public investment through the Towns Fund and what lessons can be learned from the application process.
