Brighton and Hove CCG are looking to commission a new community pharmacy anticoagulation monitoring service (CPAMS) from 1st April 2018. The CCG is exploring CPAMS to be contracted under an annual unit cost per patient, including management overheads, through a prime provider contractual model.
