UOW 563 Air Conditioning Maintenance and Inspection

The purpose of the contract is to provide routine service and maintenance of all air conditioning, air handling units and other plant across the University of Worcester Estate. During the term of the contract inspections will be required across the University Estate, to conform to article 9 of the Energy Performance of Buildings.
