GB-Edinburgh: Common Marine Inspection Document & Failure Mode Effect Analysis

The General Lighthouse Authorities have a requirement covering Common Marine inspection Document (CMID) and Failure Mode Effect Anslysis (FMEA) trials for the following vessels NLV Pharos, NLV Pole Star, Granuaile and THV Galatea.
