Car Club (for Community and Corporate use)

BCP Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor to operate a community car club and council grey fleet car club. This will be a second-generation contract. One provider has operated separate car clubs in the towns of Bournemouth and Poole since 2013 and 2017 respectively.
