SBC 0916 Communal Heating & Lift Refurbishment - Lead Designer and Client Representative

The Council is seeking to appoint (1) one suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake design of new or refurbishment communal boiler/heating schemes and lift refurbishment schemes at numerous sites within Stevenage.
