Tender for the Supply and/or Installation of a Unified Communications Telephony system

The University of Birmingham is looking to award a five year contract to replace the current Telephony system and Contact Centre software. The current phone system is a Mitel MX-One with Solidus Contact Centre software.The original Line Interface Modules (LIMs) were installed in 1996 and an upgrade to version 4.1 with a server based IP backbone was carried out in October 2010.
