PAN2767 - Stocking Farm - Phase 2 Housing Site

Leicester City Council are seeking a main contractor via a design and build contract to undertake works on the exemplar scheme at Stocking Farm. The scheme will deliver 50 new council homes, a new community open space, a new highway and associated items such as parking, boundary treatments, landscaping, drainage and external lighting.
