Local Enterprise Partnership Area - Leeds City Region - Bradford & Leeds

The Provider is expected to deliver the Provision across Bradford and Leeds Local Authority areas. As a minimum the Provider must deliver from at least one delivery location in both Bradford and Leeds city centres.
