Fire Protection Enhancement to First Floor and Infill of Existing Ceremonial Stair Area at Civic Centre Carlisle

It has been identified following a recent Fire Risk Assessment that there is a requirement for suitable fire compartmentation to the lift and stairwell access points to be created at first floor level within the Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, CA3 8QG.
