Maintenance of warden call, fire alarm and door entry systems for sheltered schemes and housing 2021

The contract will consist of routine and non-routine maintenance and repair works to warden call, fire alarms and door entry systems that are located within IBC's sheltered schemes buildings and communal areas for rented homes.
