CON - Temple Circus Improvement Scheme

The scheme involves removing Temple Circus roundabout and replacing it with a four arm signal junction with Victoria Street, Friary, Temple Way and Temple Gate. A new single carriageway link road will be provided between Temple Gate and Temple Way.
