Joint Community Gynaecology Service

The Haringey CCG and Islington CCG are intending to commission a joint community gynaecology service to: •help patients avoid hospital visits, •enable staff to develop a holistic view of the needs of each individual, •allow care to be delivered in a more familiar and convenient setting, •provide a ‘joined up’ service transition between primary, community and secondary care, •improve patient experience, • reduce intervention and follow up rates.
