Newcastle City Council is seeking to put in place a contract which covers the provision of activities to promote personal and social development, improved health outcomes, reduce risk-taking behaviour, and reduce youth anti-social behaviour (ASB) for 13 to 19 year olds (and young people with learning difficulties and disabilities up to the age of 25).
