Demolition including removal of ground floor slab and grubbing up of foundations of buildings known as Murdoch and Trevithick, Boskennerth, St Christopher's, Highfields, Boiler house and store, and Pool buildings Lower Cardrew Lane, Redruth TR15 1SY in its entirety from site.
