We require two magazines to be printed and distributed per year, for a period of three years. This totals six magazines over this period. We produce an early summer edition, distributed in June. The autumn edition is distributed mid to late November. Pending agreement from both parties to extend the contract for a further year, a further two issues will be printed and distributed for June 202.
