Sheffield City Council are seeking to appoint an experienced Mountain Bike Trial (MTB) Design & Build Contractor, to design and construct a cycle facility enhancing the existing 'blue -graded cross-country route with red opt-ins' at the Parkwood Springs site in Sheffield.
